Toddler (1-2 Years)

Program for toddlers provides activities that will engage natural curiosity and creativity of your child in a safe and nurturing environment. As children learn best through hands-on experience, each day is filled with fun activities that help toddlers develop and use all that energy in productive ways. Daily teacher - family communication  will keep you well informed.

Words & Letters
Books, songs and activities help children become comfortable with language and expand  their vocabulary from single into multiple-word phrases.
Our teachers continually model language and engage toddlers in rich conversations. We use writing tools.

Brain Building
Toddlers begin to recognize shapes, colors and numbers through toys, games and basic puzzles. A toddler classroom is full of math activities from figures for sorting, shape boxes for matching, cups to stack by size, to sensory tables to learn comparison of quantity and volume. Teachers offer toddlers learning experiences that continually develop their scientific thinking and skills.

StartArt
Our teachers encourage creativity and innovation by engaging children in artistic activities that allow them to explore art with all their senses. We explore sensory materials  - clay, sponges and  paint, experiment with colours, play and shake music instruments from drums to xylophones, dance to varied types of music.

My World
Children start to develop basic self-help skills and begin to socialize. Toddler teachers encourage children to reflect on themselves, their peers, and the world they live in by talking about feelings, having "show and share" times, encouraging play between peers and expressing compassion and empathy in books and daily interactions.

Wellness
We focus on a child's physical health and his social, emotional, and cognitive achievements to ensure he feels strong, healthy, and well nourished every day. Our toddler teachers enable children to understand how their bodies work, what they need and how to protect them by helping children to practice small muscle skills like drawing, writing, cutting, spend time in the natural world, identify healthy foods and growing vegetables from seed and practice proper hygiene.
